  4.22.2005 - Hair Metal Overdose - Show 143 

Shock gave all the listeners exactly what they wanted - a hair metal overdose! He capped off the "Hair Metal Tribute to Rush" by playing 2112 Overture/Temple of Syrinx, with Jani Lane from Warrant on lead vocal. Shock also debuted a new sleaze rock punk band from down under, Sebasrockets. He'll be giving away a copy of the band's self-titled album next week.

  4.15.2005 - Hair Metal Tribute To Rush, Part 2 - Show 142 

Part 2 of the SJHRS Hair Metal Tribute to Rush was again co-hosted by Bob Karnes, longtime Rush fan, progressive rock expert and host of his own radio show on WEBR, Cross Culture. Bob and Shock discussed and analyzed the hair metal interpretations of Rush's classic songs. The songs are from two albums on the Magna Carta record label-Working Man (1996) and Subdivisions A Tribute To Rush (2005).
