  12.20.2002 - Jack Russell Special - Show 24

Our holiday show was the Jack Russell Special. Jack Russell, the voice of Great White, was out on the road over the summer promoting his new solo album, For You. In an exclusive interview, Shock talks with Jack about his 20+ year career in Great White, his present solo work, and what the future holds for the singer/songwriter. We also played songs spanning his entire career from early GW hits like "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" to Led Zeppelin covers, to his solo single "Any Kinda Love." A show not to be missed. Please contact Shock or Chesty if you would like a transcript of the show. Happy Holidays.

  12.06.2002 - We're Back!!! - Show 22

After a one week self-imposed Thanksgiving holiday hiatus, the Shock Jock Hair Rock Show is back! Did you miss us? We played some early "hair metal" Pantera, an era of the band I like to call "pre-Pantera Pantera." They released a few albums before their break-through album "Cowboys From Hell" that sounded more like Skid Row and Iron Maiden then Metallica and Sepultura. We also played Chesty's favorite hair metal ballad. See #9 on the playlist for more details.

Playlist:
  1. Bon Jovi - Born To Be My Baby
  2. Pantera - Proud To Be Loud
  3. Poison - I Want Action
  4. Warrant - Cherry Pie (alternate version)
  5. Ugly Kid Joe - Jesus Rode A Harley
  6. Saigon Kick - Love Is On The Way
  7. White Lion - Radar Love (cover of infamous Golden Earring song)
  8. Motley Crue - S.O.S.
  9. Cinderella - Heartbreak Station

Don't miss next week's show on Friday the 13th. It's "Humanary Stew: A Hair Metal Tribute to Alice Cooper."
