6.30.2006 - Shock Has Left The Building... - Show 198

That's it. It's all over. No more Shock Jock Rock Show. After four years on the airwaves, the SJRS goes dark. Shock is moving on to pursue other interests. Shock had many guests on the last show. Former longtime co-host Chesty LaRue called in, relived some show memories and wished Shock well. Former WEBR program director Rachel Kennedy, who was the program director at the time of the show's inception, brought in a bottle of champagne. WEBR jock and Shock's radio mentor Paul Porzio shared some memories. Bob Karnes, host of Cross Culture, the show preceding the SJRS all four years on WEBR, had some stories to tell. Sheebear, who has co-hosted the show four times, added his two cents. Shock's girl, Chronic, also was on the mic for the first time. It's been real, it's been fun, and it's been real fun. Godspeed. Shock out!
